We are conveniently located near Route 3. If you are travelling north on Route 3, take exit 19. If you are travelling south on Route 3, take exit 18. At either exit, follow the signs for Quincy Center until you reach the first set of lights. At these lights, turn left onto Centre Street.
The Crown Colony Office Park entrance (Crown Colony Drive) is located immediately on the left. Enter the Park and take the first right onto Congress Street and then take the first right into the drive for 500 Congress Street. We are located in the building on the left. We have offices on the second and third floor. Consult the directory in the main lobby for the location of your healthcare provider.
Directions for Weymouth Atrius Locations
From Route 3 heading North: Take Exit 16 (Route 18). At the end of the ramp, turn left onto Route 18 South.
From Route 3 heading South: Take Exit 16B (Route 18 South).
Follow Route 18 up the hill and proceed into the left lane. At the first set of lights, turn left onto Middle Street. Cross over the highway and take your first right (at Planet Fitness) onto Libbey Industrial Parkway.
For Atrius Health Endoscopy Center – 90 Libbey Industrial Parkway, Suite 101 (781-331-0537)
Follow Libbey Industrial Parkway for 0.2 mile. The building is on the left.
For Weymouth Woods Medical Center – 51 Performance Drive (781-682-8000)
Drive past the Weymouth Woods Corporate Center (on your right) and take the first left at the flashing yellow light onto Performance Drive. Turn right into the parking lot toward the rear of the Weymouth Woods Medical Center building where the doors for Entry Two services (Atrius Health Imaging and Atrius Health Women’s Center) are located. Take elevator or stairs to second floor.
For Atrius Health Imaging – 420 Libbey Industrial Parkway (781-331-9880)
Follow Libbey Industrial Parkway for one mile. Atrius Health Imaging (formerly Weymouth MRI) is the last building on the left.
