Mary Hopwood, MSN, APRN, CNP, CDE will provide individualized instruction on how to manage your asthma, including a detailed assessment of your symptoms and triggers and a customized asthma management plan.

Emotional Wellness Training Group
Depressed? Anxious? Irritable? Overwhelmed or stressed out? Many emotional difficulties have the same root causes: negative thinking, avoidance, a judgmental or self-critical mind, low self-worth, to name a few.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Management Group
An 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Management group for adults will be offered to individuals seeking stress management skills — including mindfulness meditation and other relaxation techniques — for a variety of medical and mental health concerns. Smoking Cessation Group
It’s not easy to quit smoking. It takes commitment and it takes support. Don't go it alone. This 4 week program has a nominal fee of $25. For each session you attend you will receive $5 back. The group is led by nurse practitioner, Mary Hopwood. 4 weeks, next session dates TBD
Perimenopause and Menopause Discussion Group

Nicotine Anonymous Meetings

Quincy Medical Center hosts Nicotine Anonymous meetings each Monday at 5:45 p.m. in Conference Room D at Whitwell Street. Meetings are for people in all stages of quitting. Attendance is free and everyone is welcome. Learn more at Nicotine-Anonymous.org.
