Eight sessions. Limited to first 20 registrants. Tuesdays, October 7 - November 25, 2008,
6:00 -7:00 p.m. Light refreshments will be provided.

Carolyn Chu, Registered Dietitian, will instruct and motivate you toward a healthier lifestyle. In addition to a weekly weight check she will discuss a different topic each week to keep you motivated. $80 for 8 sessions (due at the first session.)
