Family and Friends CPR

Non-certificate course

This American Heart Association course is designed for those who want to learn CPR but do not need a course completion card. During the course, participants will have hands-on CPR practice, but there is no skills testing or written test.This group is full, registration is closed.

Menopause - A Time of Change

We will discuss the symptoms and how simple lifestyle changes can make the transition much easier. Certified menopause specialist, Marilyn Green will also talk about the latest research on hormone replacement therapy.

Weight Management

Cost $40 upfront with $10 refund for every class attended.

A practical and effective approach to weight loss led by a registered dietitian. In addition to a weekly weight check, the group will cover topics such as Goal Setting for Successful Weight Loss, Meal Planning to Fit Your Lifestyle, and The Facts About Fats. This group is full, registration is closed.

Smoking Cessation

$25 due at first meeting with $5 refund for every class attended.
