Dr. Carroll is a board certified adolescent medicine physician with special interests in treating adolescents and young adults with ADD/ADHD, behavioral health conditions and diabetes care, as well as sports injuries including concussions. He is a certified consultant for ImPACT™ (Immediate Post-Concussion Assessment and Cognitive Testing) concussion evaluation system.

He is a graduate of Dartmouth Medical School. He completed his internship at Lancaster General Hospital in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and residency at Middlesex Hospital in Middletown, Connecticut.
