Geriatrics

Geriatrics is the medical specialty treating the diseases and problems of old age. A geriatrician is a physician who specializes in the practice of geriatrics.

Cynthia L. Cullinane, M.D. Specialty - Internal Medicine Subspecialty - Geriatrics Dr. Cullinane is board certified in internal medicine and is a graduate of the Boston University School of Medicine. After finishing her internship and residency at the Boston Medical Center, she completed a fellowship in geriatrics at the Boston Medical Center.

Daniel J. Oates, M.D., MSc. Specialty – Internal Medicine Subspecialty – Geriatrics Dr. Oates is board certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatrics. Dr. Oates oversees Granite Medical Group’s skill nursing facility and home-based care team and is the primary care provider for some of Granite Medical’s home-bound patients. Dr. Oates was most recently the Medical Director for the Geriatric Home Care Program at Boston Medical Center.
