Internal Medicine

Internal medicine or general medicine is the medical specialty that focuses on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of diseases in adults. Physicians specializing in internal medicine are called internists.

Dr. Bresnick earned her medical degree at Tufts University School of Medicine, and completed her internship and residency at Boston University Medical Center. She completed an advanced fellowship program in Bariatric Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia.

In addition to joining Atrius Health, Dr. Bresnick practices at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Milton and is an Instructor of Surgery at Harvard Medical School.

Dr. Cullinane is board certified in internal medicine and is a graduate of the Boston University School of Medicine. After finishing her internship and residency at the Boston Medical Center, she completed a fellowship in geriatrics at the Boston Medical Center.

Dr Farah is board certified in Internal Medicine.

He received his medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean, where he completed his medical sciences in Montserrat and his clinical sciences at Mayday University Hospital in Surrey, England and Rhode Island Hospital in Providence, RI.

Dr. Farah completed his internship and residency at Brown University School of Medicine in Providence, RI.

Dr. Farah has been in practice since 2001, working first in Providence, RI for 5 years before moving to Quincy Medical Center. He joined Granite Medical in September 2009.

In his free time Dr. Farah enjoys playing tennis and soccer.

Dr. Gordian is board certified in internal medicine and rheumatology. She is a graduate of Drexel College of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA and University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in Rochester, NY. She completed her residency at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York. She completed fellowships in women’s health and rheumatology. Dr. Gordian is also a guest teacher at Tufts University School of Medicine.

Dr. Harry A. Ward is board certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatrics.

He is a graduate of University of Rhode Island and Brown University’s program in medicine. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Virginia Commonwealth University.

Dr. Ward joined Granite Medical Group in September 2014. He is a full-time primary care provider and also works with our skilled nursing facility/intensive home bound program.
