Nutrition
One of the keys to better health is to watch what we eat, but there are many misconceptions about what is a healthy diet. At Granite Medical, we understand that it's not enough to just tell patients to lose weight or to cut back on fats. That's why we have a registered and licensed dietitian on staff to work with our patients individually to develop a diet that is right for them.
We have a registered and licensed dietitian, Carolyn Chu, on staff.
Carolyn leads our Weight Management Group.
