Granite Medical Group was informed on Thursday, November 6 that Steward Health Care, owners of Quincy Medical Center, intend to close most services at Quincy Medical Center (QMC) by the end of 2014, but that there will be no immediate changes to either in-patient or out-patient services.
Those Granite Medical Group patients who have been referred to QMC for services occurring later this year or next year are likely to be affected by Steward’s decision. Read more.
